I LOVE YOU POP POP & Impromptu Family Gathering!
Hi Everyone,
I just got back from NJ. I was very sad this week because Pop Pop had to go into the hospital. I love him very much and I hope he gets better soon. I felt a particularly close bond to my family this week. I think that our family really came together (and will continue to come together) for Pop Pop.
Here we are visiting Pop Pop at the hospital:

I whisper, "Pop Pop I'm going to nurse you back to health. Please get rid of the other nurses." Pop Pop says "Thanks Jackie."

I was so worried about Pop Pop that I had to talk to my bear for a bit. Can you see the worry on my face???

Pop Pop enjoying a "Get Well" card from my Cousins.

Here I am hanging out with Mom Mom beside Pop Pop's bed.

After visiting Pop Pop at the hospital, we all ended up coming back to Mom Mom & Pop Pop's house for a nice dinner. Even though Pop Pop couldn't be there, we were all thinking of him and we would never have gotten together that weekend had it not been for Pop Pop. Thanks Pop Pop for bringing us all together.
Mom Mom Mom made some delicious meatloaf:

Here is a picture of me with Cousin Valerie

Cousin Phillip & I both celebrated birthdays in March. Since my birthday had already passed, I was very surprised to see that the "other Palmers" brought birthday gifts for me. Here are some gifts that they brought:
A very enigmatic curiosity cube (you can tell that I look curious):

A cute animal magnet set:

A cool pull phone!

And a very cute birthday card. We were all so impressed! Thanks so much for all of the gifts! You guys are the best!

Cousin Valerie spent a lot of time helping me with my walking skills. Btw- I love Cousin Valerie's long hair! Isn't she pretty?!

In other news . . . Mom Mom told Cousin Phillip that she would give him $10.00 if he could get the golf ball on the tee (in this water globe). Feeling good about his chances, Cousin Phillip tried . . .

and tried . . .

AND TRIED!

Poor Cousin Phillip! He could never get that golf ball on the tee - but I give him an A for effort:)
Given the craziness of the weekend, I wasn't expecting to do anything dealing with Easter eggs. But low and behold, Auntie Maria surprised me with some Easter eggs!!! My first Easter eggs ever! In this picture, Cousins Phillip and Valerie were teaching me how to play with the eggs. I had a blast!

Love,
Jackie

Aw. I hope Pop Pop feels better! But it looks like it turned out to be a fun Easter weekend. Nate Jr. says that he loves your curiosity cube!
