Merry Christmas & Happy New Year's!

Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! I certainly did!

We started our Christmas adventures by visiting Mom Mom and Pop Pop in NJ. It was great seeing those guys again!

My favorite gift from Mom Mom and Pop Pop is definitely my Dora chair. It's so comfy and I love to sit in it while I read - one of my favorite activities.

One of my other favorite presents from Mom Mom & Pop Pop was my Corolle Emma doll, which actually pees! So Emma is going to help me learn how to use the potty.

I also had a chance to meet up with Mom Mom Hines (aka Mom Mom Mom), Uncle Eric, Uncle Rich, Auntie Maria, and Counsins Philip and Valerie. Cousin Valerie even gave me one of her own puppies that she used to play with!

Here is a picture of my Uncle Eric with Mom Mom. He doesn't often make the blog because I don't see him too much. So it was really nice being able to spend so much time with him during the holidays. Still, even though I've only met him a few times, I knew EXACTLY who he was when I saw him. I guess a Palmer can easily recognize another Palmer:)

After we left NJ, we went down to Richmond for Christmas part II with Grandma & Grandpa Yook.

I was so excited when Grandma & Grandpa Yook brought out my Christmas present that I jumped into it before Daddy finished putting it together!

And here is the finished product - a rescue cozy coup!

Here I am returning from Richmond. Boy am I pooped!

Thanks for the fun times and gifts everyone! I was so happy to see everyone again!

On an entirely different note, I thought that I should say a couple words about the "other kid." I heard his/her heartbeat today - still beating strong at 160 bpm. Daddy was trying to get a recording of the heartbeat, but I started screaming so that he couldn't- hehe:) Mommy is definitely starting to "pop" out.

Also, on another entirely different note, here are some more developmental notes:

Gross Motor: I have learned how to climb out of the pack n play - and I did it A LOT at Grandma and Grandpa Yook's house!!! Although I haven't tried, I can most likely climb out of my crib. Therefore, Mommy is desperately looking for other sleeping arrangements.

Language: I have some more words to report: whee, no, off, toast, bye, airplane, blue, down, nine, five, four, three, ten, cookie, cake, toys, boy Also, I can now say all the letters of the alphabet, including U, W, and Y.

Ok- that's it! Happy New Year's!!!

Love,
Jackie
